Terms of Service & License Agreement

Effective Date: September 23, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Licensee") and LintelDesk regarding your purchase, download, and use of the LintelDesk desktop software application.

1. Lifetime License Grant

Upon payment of the one-time $49 USD fee via Shoppex.io, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use LintelDesk for personal or commercial projects.

• Multi-Device Personal Use: You may activate your single license on up to 3 Windows computers owned and operated primarily by you.
• Commercial Rights: All outputs, documents, spreadsheets, diagrams, and files produced with LintelDesk belong 100% to you, free of any royalty claims.

2. No Subscriptions & Update Policy

LintelDesk is sold strictly as a one-time purchase. There are no recurring monthly or annual subscription fees.

• Your license includes all version 1.x maintenance, security, and feature updates at no extra cost.
• Because the software is offline-first, you are never required to install an update to continue using your existing version.

3. No Refunds & All Sales Final Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.

LintelDesk is a standalone, offline desktop software application delivered immediately upon purchase with permanent lifetime access and zero cloud DRM. Because the software operates entirely locally on your machine, once purchased and downloaded, you permanently retain full access and ownership of the binaries. Consequently, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.

4. Restrictions

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or publicly share your unique cryptographic license key.

5. Warranty & Disclaimer

LintelDesk is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall LintelDesk be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
